 In the digital display part of 2012 XMU_China project E.Lumoli,we need different inducers to activate the 
corresponding circuit and make GFP be produced or degraded, so we used this biobrick in our project in 
 the beginning.But when we test this device by using 140 ng/ul atc(protocol from team KULeuven), the
 device could not work.So we changed the second RBS from 0.3 strength to 1.0 strength([Part:BBa_K750111]
https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K750111). This time,the new device worked.


Applications of BBa_K145280

2012 XMU_China constructed a fluorescent digital display device with the synthetic logic gates in 
Part:BBa K145280, which is able to respond to signals by displaying and switching numbers.
